Iliotibial Band Syndrome

Shin Splint Syndrome

MMT VI: Physical Assessment & Objective Documentation
Instructor: Wanita Thompson, RN, LMT
For those who are, or want to be in a clinical rehab setting,
this course provides essential information to allow you to communicate
effectively with physicians and insurance providers.
Through effective documentation and knowledge of medical
assessment protocols the path is
opened to an increased level of physician referrals.
In this course, we will review, practice and document AROM measurement
of all major joints with the Goniometer and the Tri-Measure for the TMJ.
You will learn:
To Assess Soft Tissue Tone (STT)
To Evaluate Gait Biomechanics
To Assess Activities of Daily Living
To use SOAP Notes
To Assess the different aspects of pain
You will receive a Course Manual containing a printable
set of forms including client history, informed consent, all MMT
assessments, STT chart and SOAP chart.
Goniometers and Tri-measures are included in the coures.
